Abstract
This article analyzes the concept of speech correctness, its linguistic, communicative, and cultural significance. The principles of phonetic, lexical, grammatical, and stylistic correctness of speech, as well as issues related to speech culture, are considered. The article highlights the causes of speech errors, ways to eliminate them, and the problems of maintaining speech correctness in the modern information environment.
