Abstract
This article examines the influence of computer and mobile games on English vocabulary acquisition. With the rapid development of digital technologies, video games have become not only a source of entertainment but also an effective tool for language learning. The study explores how learners acquire new vocabulary through gameplay, understand word meanings in context, and apply them in real communication. Special attention is paid to multiplayer games that promote interaction and communication among players. The findings indicate that gaming significantly contributes to vocabulary development and increases learners’ motivation to study English.
