The effectiveness of this process is largely dependent on thorough preparation and the proper structuring of the commission. The article analyzes the selection criteria for commission members, the assessment metrics used, and the legal framework guiding the process. Emphasis is placed on ensuring transparency and objectivity, which are essential for fair employee evaluation within any institution.
