Abstract

This paper analyzes modern methods for the diagnosis and therapy of leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. Innovations in immunotherapy (CAR-T, bispecific antibodies) andnanotechnologies are reviewed, alongside AI algorithms (A2M-LEUK, CNN) providing cellrecognition accuracy up to 99.97%. New treatment regimens (Pen-RMA) and promising biomarkers(ctDNA, lncRNA) for early non-invasive diagnosis of hematological malignancies are described.Particular attention is paid to minimal residual disease monitoring and the analysis of the globalburden of disease, demonstrating increased survival rates against the background of technologicalprogress. The integration of molecular genetic profiles and digital solutions is considered a keyfactor in the transition to personalized hematology, potentially improving clinical outcomes
