Abstract

This article investigates modern analytical methods of construction cost estimation and issues of technical-economic efficiency in the development of sanatorium-resort infrastructure in the Surkhandarya region. The research evaluated the architectural-planning features, engineering communication systems, and construction costs of sanatorium-resort facilities located in mountainous areas. In addition, the economic efficiency of the resource method, BIM technologies, and energy-efficient solutions was analyzed. Based on the research findings, a technical-economic model aimed at cost optimization, improvement of functional efficiency, and development of environmentally sustainable infrastructure was proposed. The results of the study have important scientific and practical significance for the development of recreational infrastructure and the improvement of modern construction cost estimation systems
