Abstract

This thesis highlights methodological approaches to forming a balanced strategy for the innovative development of small business enterprises. The sustainability and long-term effectiveness of innovative development are determined by the level of internal resources, organizational capacity, and human capital. Therefore, a balanced strategy for innovative development should be aimed at ensuring proportionality between external market opportunities and internal capabilities.
