Abstract

This article examines the role of music psychology in personal development, focusing on its influence on emotional, cognitive, and social growth. Music is considered a powerful psychological tool that affects human mood, behavior, motivation, and creativity. The study highlights how music psychology contributes to stress reduction, emotional regulation, memory improvement, and the development of creative thinking. In addition, modern research and innovative approaches such as music therapy, digital technologies, and interactive learning methods are analyzed to show their effectiveness in enhancing personal development. The findings emphasize that music psychology plays a significant role in shaping a well-balanced and emotionally stable personality.
