O‘ZBEKISTONDA MAJBURIY SUG‘URTANI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH ISTIQBOLLARI

This thesis analyzes the socio-economic necessity of compulsory insurance, its role in the state social policy, and its development trends. The author substantiates the role of compulsory insurance types, particularly employer’s liability insurance, in ensuring the stability of labor resources and compensating for industrial damages. Furthermore, the objective factors necessitating compulsory insurance in Uzbekistan’s economy (limited state aid, outdated technologies) as well as existing systemic deficiencies (territorial disproportions, weak state control) are highlighted. The article proposes directions for development including legislation, methodology, supervision, international integration, and practical measures such as information exchange, transparency policies, and tax incentives.
