Abstract

This study investigates the theoretical, methodological, and practical dimensions of optimizing innovative banking services provided to corporate clients amid the digital transformation of the global financial and banking ecosystem. The primary objective of the research is to model efficient mechanisms for integrating digital banking products that align with the dynamically evolving ecosystem demands of the corporate sector. The paper analyzes the operational efficiency of advanced FinTech solutions, including intellectual cash management, digital factoring, and Open Banking, while diagnosing institutional constraints, information asymmetry, and cybersecurity risks hindering their implementation within the national banking practice. As a fundamental outcome of the research, a comprehensive set of scholarly and practical recommendations is formulated, focusing on the creation of unified B2B platforms for corporate clients, the deployment of artificial intelligence-driven predictive scoring models, and the diversification of "green" banking products. The findings possess significant empirical value for designing strategic development frameworks for commercial banks and modernizing corporate banking operations.
