Abstract

This article examines the risk factors, clinical characteristics, and early detection methods of arterial hypertension in young people with obesity and metabolic syndrome. It also discusses the assessment of cardiovascular risk through body mass index, waist circumference, blood pressure, and blood glucose and lipid levels. The importance of healthy nutrition, increased physical activity, weight management, and regular medical check-ups in preventing arterial hypertension is highlighted. The findings may contribute to reducing cardiometabolic risk among young people and improving preventive strategies
